About Me

Yolande is an Attorney and Conveyancer and the Sole Director of Yolande Smith Incorporated.

She joined the legal field later in life and is no stranger to the motto: “hard work pays off!”

She holds a B.Com (law) and B.Com Honours degree (Industrial Relations) from the then University of Port Elizabeth (now Nelson Mandela University).  After graduating, she joined ABSA Trust where she administered deceased estates.  During this time, she obtained her AIPSA (Association of Insolvency Practitioners South Africa) diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice from the University of Pretoria.
